Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from the use of the web design services or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center or another appropriate alternative dispute resolution organization in the Philippines.

Governing Law:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the web design services.

Changes to Terms:

The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the web design services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
